Hi, I’m Erika! With 14+ years of experience in talent acquisition, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing companies like Meta, Google, and high-growth startups like Tapjoy and Octave Health. At Meta, I led a team of over 100 recruiters, driving hiring initiatives for Facebook Reality Labs, Instagram, and WhatsApp. At Octave Health, I tackled everything from hiring for Product and Design roles to clinical-facing positions and Revenue Operations, while also launching a mentorship program that encouraged growth and collaboration across the company.
But I’m not just about work! I recently traded the hustle of the Bay Area for the beauty of Colorado to spend more time outdoors with my three kids (all boys!) and our adventurous pup. When I’m not helping people navigate career moves, you can find me hiking, skiing, or playing video games (FC24!) with my boys.
