About
I'm a technology executive with 25+ years in enterprise software, from hands-on software development and architecture to leading a global technology organization of nearly 400 people across 6+ countries with a $40–50M budget. I spent 21 years at Michelin, most recently as Director of Application Development for the Americas, and was promoted four times along the way.
A few things I'm proud of: taking over a $17–18M-per-year mainframe modernization four years into its run and moving 100% of North American customer invoicing (over $1B) onto Oracle; owning product strategy for Michelin ONCall, which has handled about 3 million roadside emergency calls; building a support organization that cut costs by $5M over three years; and architecting a production RAG assistant now used by 100+ customer service reps on live calls. I've also spent time in Clermont-Ferrand, France, I'm fluent in French, and I serve as a Board Advisor at Clemson University.
My current focus is AI in the software development lifecycle, and how to adopt it with real governance and measurable results rather than hype. I use AI daily to write code and solve problems, and I teach teams to do the same. I now build agentic, AI-native engineering through my company, Veritas Logic Systems.
