Gourav is a great mentor because he gets to understand each individual mentee before coming up with a roadmap to reaching their goals - I felt like this went a long way to personalizing my career goal roadmap, and allowed me to feel comfortable when pivots were necessary along the way (which happened quite a few times, but they were very useful)! I couldn't recommend him enough, whether you're a new or experience Data Professional!
