Hi, I'm Greg.
I've spent more than 15 years building and launching technology products in the semiconductor industry, with experience spanning product management, product strategy, go-to-market, and product marketing at both AMD and Intel. Over the years, I've worked closely with engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and executive leadership to bring complex products from concept to market.
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been helping people grow. Whether you're trying to break into Product Management, prepare for interviews, navigate difficult stakeholders, or figure out the next step in your career, I've probably faced a similar challenge at some point.
I don't believe there's a playbook that fits every situation, so my approach is to listen first, understand what you're trying to accomplish, and work through it together. I'll share what's worked for me—but also what hasn't. Some of the most valuable lessons in my career have come from mistakes, missed opportunities, and projects that didn't go as planned. Those experiences have shaped how I approach leadership, decision-making, and solving problems, and I think they're just as valuable to share as the successes.
My goal is simple: to help you become a better product manager, make better career decisions, and leave each conversation with practical advice you can put into action right away.
