Currently, I am a Senior interaction designer at Google. Over the past 6 years at Google, I have been leading design on various product teams: Corp eng, Gmail, G Suite developer platform. My experience spans both consumer and enterprise products, and across all phases of the design process.
I've accumulated 10+ years of experience in the design field, working at in-house design teams, ad agencies, and start-ups. Previously, I studied Industrial Design/Graphic Design at Parsons and Front-end Web Development at General Assembly.

As we all know, starting a new role can be daunting and you only have a few months to prove your value at the company. Furthermore, you only have one shot at it. Ha provided a lot of great tips to ace my 1st few months which enabled me to reach breakeven point in just 1.5 months instead of the usual 3. I am super grateful for his mentorship. Beyond workplace navigation, influencing without authority and stakeholder management, Ha has taught me many UX concepts and patterns from search to side panels.
