I'm a seasoned Senior Staff Engineer at Meta with a wealth of experience in not only building popular products but also cultivating leadership skills and providing mentorship. I have worked on building large distributed systems, very engaging user facing products, infrastructure to support monetization efforts. I wear different hats: as engineer, product manager, project manager, user researcher, people leader, building strategy and business opportunities.

I have had great mentors in my life. Without them, I would not be here. I would like to give back some of my knowledge and help build a quality ecosystem of tech workers.

I have mentored more than 50 people at Meta and they have gotten better in their technical, people and direction axis and most of them have been promoted and also becoming mentor themselves. It is always great to mentor folks and help them see things they did not see on their own.
