I am passionate about helping engineering leaders become better at the craft of management so that they can grow to become strong, effective, technical leaders.
I have coached and mentored engineering leaders over the past 20 years across various companies and domains. Most recently, I led the Growth area of Shopify Logistics, and prior to that, I led the engineering team at Pathfactory as the Director of Engineering. I am currently the CTO of Precision Nutrition.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of coaching and mentoring a large number engineering managers and staff developers. I also conducted company-wide leadership training sessions at Shopify.
