About me

I'm passionate about making work better for people. We spend a significant part of our lives at work, and I believe that time should be more than just something we get through. People deserve to grow, feel valued, and find satisfaction in what they do.

As an Engineering Manager at Cisco, one of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping people grow in their careers and enjoy their work. Having worked as both an engineer and a manager across different environments, I've learned that success isn't just about technical ability. It's also about self-awareness, communication, relationships, and finding an approach to leadership that feels authentic to you.

I've helped engineers recognize their strengths, build actionable growth plans, and work toward their next career milestones which resulted in many promotions. I've also supported managers in clarifying their leadership philosophies and navigating challenging situations.

I've grown with the help of people who generously shared their knowledge and experience with me, and I want to pay that forward. My approach is practical, empathetic, and collaborative: I'll share lessons from my own experience, ask thoughtful questions, and help you identify a clear path forward that fits your strengths and goals.
