I'm Ignacio, originally from Uruguay and based in London since 2010. I have 11+ years of experience as a Software Engineer having worked at small and large scale companies like SwiftKey, Microsoft and Facebook / Meta.

I have vast experience mentoring engineers at Facebook to help them grow in different stages and areas of their careers, ranging from technical to behavioural skills. These mentorships helped them:
