I am Ivan Rodriguez, an Engineering Manager at Unnax, a company of Powens Groups. I have been in this role since July 2024 and, among other responsibilities, have been mentoring new leaders using my knowledge and expertise to help them face their new challenges and reach their goals.
Prior to this, I have worked as a Software Architect at Inditex and as an Engineering Director at Scopely. Although managing people has not been always my main duty, I have had always a special focus on people, mentoring and helping them going to the next level or simply find a path in their professional career.
In addition to my professional life, I act as a mentor on mentoring platforms as MentorCruise or Plato, where I mentor new leaders. Through this, I am able to share my knowledge and help them navigate their career paths.
