👋 Hi there! I’m Jaimee, a senior product designer at Spectrum. I've had the chance to work on various teams, from design systems and mobile to now leading the design for our new streaming services team. Before diving into product design, I focused on brand and communications, so I’ve got a strong background in visual design.

I love mentoring junior designers on my team and am excited to expand my mentoring efforts beyond my company. In my own mentorship experiences, I've gained so much—not just in core design skills, but also in communicating my work effectively, aligning it with business and user needs, and confidently advocating for my designs. I’ve noticed that a lot of bootcamps and online courses could really benefit from integrating these essential skills into a business context. I want to help junior designers, or anyone looking to boost their skills, become standout performers, leaders, and confident designers.

I’m really invested in seeing designers grow and build their confidence by truly owning and understanding their skill set.

In our sessions, we can work on whatever you need—whether it’s prepping for an interview, refining a presentation, getting feedback on a design critique, or tackling general design questions.
