Hi, I'm Jane! I'm Director of Platform, AI & Integrations at Coursedog, a higher-ed SaaS company, where I lead our platform, AI products (from AI reporting and assistants to agents and an MCP server), and integrations with 10+ student information systems. I manage a team of Product Owners and work with ~20 engineers and designers.
I didn't take the traditional path into product. I started as a software engineer, moved into integrations and technical implementation, and worked my way from implementation specialist to team lead to PM, Senior PM, and now Director.
