JC is a great mentor. I’m a very much a junior, and JC is my first mentor. I enjoyed having mentorship sessions with him. He is patient, analytical, rational, and at the same time supportive, good listener. JC always asks additional questions to understand the situation better, and his advises were helpful for me.
