Jingjing is a versatile engineering leader with a career spanning the full spectrum of the technology ecosystem. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at ReadyOn AI, she is architecting the technical and organizational foundations of the Series A startup that is transforming the frontline labor operation system with AI.
Her previous leadership includes serving as Group Engineering Manager at Zip, where she was a company founding team member who transitioned from a lead IC to overseeing the integration ecosystem and procurement products through a successful Series D milestone. Prior to her time in the startup world, Jingjing was a Staff Engineer at Meta, where she served on the founding team for Facebook Marketplace Shops. She began her career at Microsoft, building core infrastructure for the Cloud and Enterprise division. Jingjing is a frequent speaker on building high-velocity engineering cultures, managing experience density, and scaling non-linear career paths.
