What mentees say
5 out of 5 stars
Joana is an amazing mentor. I was looking for guidance on how best to approach AI and Data Science for our company. At that time, I was lost and scattered in my efforts. Then Joana came along and just magically made everything click. It's not just her mastery of her field - that's pretty evident with just a quick glance at her profile. It's also her way of personalizing the support she offers to your unique goals, skills, and challenges. She was very proactive & consistent, and she always encouraged me to be independent. Right off the bat, she made sure that my goals are clear and can be evaluated which was very reassuring. With her help, I was able to navigate certain challenges that I had no idea how to overcome. I feel way more confident about making decisions thanks to her effective mentorship.
