I'm Joseph and I work as a Data Engineer. I started my career 5 years ago doing data visualization, and over time moved closer to the "back-end" of the stack, which is what I enjoy the most. Away from my desk, I enjoy playing volleyball 🏐 and working on cars 🔧.

Analytics is a super exciting field, but the fact it is littered with buzzwords and has a constantly evolving set of hundreds (if not thousands) of different tools to learn can make it seem overwhelming and difficult to break into. I speak from experience as I felt the same way not long ago. Navigating any kind of tech career is always easier when you have a mentor to lean on.
