I'm a senior technology executive with 25+ years leading DevOps, platform engineering, and cloud strategy at some of the world's most recognizable companies — Amazon, Sony, Qualcomm, Relativity Space, Offensive Security (OffSec), and Dentsu International. Today I serve as Senior Director of DevOps/Platform Engineering at Dentsu International, where I lead global engineering teams supporting enterprise-scale platforms.

I've built and scaled engineering organizations from the ground up, led companies through FedRAMP authorization, SOC 2 and ISO audits, and navigated the technical and organizational challenges that come with rapid growth and transformation. I'm also a published author of three books on DevOps strategy and organizational leadership, and recently completed the Wharton CTO Program.

I mentor engineers and technical leaders who want to level up — whether that's breaking into DevOps, advancing toward a staff or principal engineer role, moving into engineering management, or building the strategic mindset needed to reach the director and VP level.
