I'm a Senior Staff Data Scientist at Intuit, previously Data Science Tech Lead at Square, with earlier roles at Medium and FiveStars. I've worked across payments, identity verification, sales analytics, ecommerce, product analytics, and data infrastructure, with deep experience in metrics, experimentation, and product decision-making.
Most people stall at a level boundary for the same reasons: the work is solid but the scope is too small, the analysis is correct but doesn't change any decisions, or the impact is real but nobody senior can see it. That's what we work on.
