About this session

A realistic product analytics or product sense case mock interview at the senior or staff level, the kind used at top tech companies. We'll spend about 40 minutes on the case under interview conditions: clarifying the problem, choosing metrics, analyzing a drop or a launch, and recommending a decision. Then we'll spend about 20 minutes on a direct debrief. Within two business days, you'll get a written scorecard covering structure, metrics, depth, communication, and how well you performed at your target level.

Your mentor

I've received 5+ job offers in every job search I've run, including in 2026. Two of my mentees have been promoted since we started working together. I help data scientists get to the next level — junior to mid, mid to senior, senior to staff — and I'll show you exactly what the jump requires.

I'm a Senior Staff Data Scientist at Intuit, previously Data Science Tech Lead at Square, with earlier roles at Medium and FiveStars. I've worked across payments, identity verification, sales analytics, ecommerce, product analytics, and data infrastructure, with deep experience in metrics, experimentation, and product decision-making.

Most people stall at a level boundary for the same reasons: the work is solid but the scope is too small, the analysis is correct but doesn't change any decisions, or the impact is real but nobody senior can see it. That's what we work on.

Together we can:

Build a promo case your manager can actually take to committee — scope, artifacts, and evidence

Sharpen your experimentation and causal inference work so it holds up to senior scrutiny

Design metrics that drive product decisions instead of populating dashboards

Get you influence with stakeholders and PMs, not just correct answers

Run realistic senior and staff-level interview loops when you're ready to look outside

I work best with data scientists and analysts who are already in the field and want a specific level change in the next 6–12 months. If you're targeting your next promo or a senior-level move, tell me where you think you're stuck and I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is a session?

A session is a focused one-on-one call with your mentor. Use it to get feedback, work through a specific problem, review your work, or get unstuck. You reserve up to 1 hour of their time.

How do I pick a time?

After checkout you pick a slot from Kasia's live availability, and it's confirmed on the spot.
