I am an accomplished Human Resources leader, serving as the Chief People Officer of Crunchbase. I have extensive HR expertise partnering with C-suite leaders to develop, scale, and execute human capital strategies. I have a proven track record of accelerating business goals and priorities, driving growth, and transforming HR functions.
However, before I am anything, I am a mother of five children and am passionate about giving back to my community. I serve on numerous non-profit Boards in support of Foster Care. I am also an Adjunct Professor of Compensation and Benefits and Strategic Human Resources at Anderson University-MBA and am pursing my PhD in Leadership.
