We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I graduated Cornell University with a Bachelor's degree, and have spent the past 10 years doing B2C and B2B UX Research in industry at Google, YouTube, and Stripe. In addition to conducting research, I enjoy adjacent aspects of doing the job such as understanding business strategy and how research can support it, storytelling, and framework creation.

This was one of the most helpful coaching sessions I've ever had. Kerwell structured the session in a thoughtful way, digging in deep without ever getting stuck on a topic. It was great to connect with someone with experience in my field, but I also think he provided a unique perspective beyond having similar experiences.
