Someone once invested in me, and it changed the trajectory of my career. At the time, I didn't fully understand what was happening — I just knew that the right person, asking the right questions at the right moment, helped me see myself and my potential differently. I've never forgotten that.

That experience is what brought me to coaching. With a background in electrical engineering and an MBA from Chicago Booth, I've built products at SpaceX, Amazon, Walgreens, and Capital One — leading teams of 40+ engineers and hiring product managers to some of the highest bars in the industry. But what I've learned across those experiences is that talent alone rarely unlocks outsized impact. Clarity does. Storytelling does. Knowing how to lead, not just execute.

I work with product managers and engineers who are ready to step into leadership — people who are technically strong but want to sharpen how they think, communicate, and influence at a higher level. I find that work genuinely energizing. Like practicing jazz trumpet or training for a long run, coaching keeps me sharp in the ways that matter most: listening carefully, communicating precisely, and staying connected to ambitious builders who challenge my own thinking.
