Hi, call me Kiki! Let's jam on all things UX & Design.
I've spent almost 10 years in Design creating experiences through practices of product design, service design, research, UX strategy, and even physical experiences to drive connections to the digital experiences. I've been a leader for 5 years, leading UX teams at Shopify, and previously at The Bay as the VP of UX, leading Product Design, Research, Design Strategy, Content Design & Design Systems. Now, I'm heading up our Digital Experiences teams (Design & Research) @ ARITZIA.
I love getting close to a problem, solving complex challenges, helping and coaching others so they can utilize their full potential, and building highly crafted experiences.
