In my last role at large publicly traded media company, I tripled our client revenue; built a custom in-house software solution for requesting, tracking, and billing thousands of projects a year; secured increasing CAPEX YOY; tripled my headcount; and turned around a legacy of poor staff engagement scores into a high peformance crew who had fun and won awards.
