I combine my corporate background, career coaching expertise, and international experience to create a structured yet flexible process.

My Background:

* 8 years in IT as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, with experience in international hiring and operational management across 30+ countries. I’ve worked with startups, enterprise companies, and outsourcing firms. I also have experience supporting relocants and career switchers, as well as leading a team of 10+ people and building a team from scratch.
* 4 years in Learning & Development, delivering team trainings and workshops.
* 5 years in sales, including experience as a Head of Sales Branch at one of the largest fabric and thread manufacturing companies. Strong background in logistics management (sea, air, etc.).
* Co-owner of two product-based businesses:
- A handmade goods brand on Amazon.
- A homeware and kitchenware business in Ukraine.
* Experience as a mentor for a group of entrepreneurs in Warsaw (in fields such as e-commerce, IT, and marketing).
* And most importantly — I am a mother of a 7-month-old baby girl, a wife, and a daughter.
