Hi there,
My name is Lieschen, and I'm a User Experience Design Manager with over 8 years of experience in designing for web and mobile platforms. I currently work for Sainsbury's, the second-largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom.
As a mentor, I'm committed to helping designers develop their skills and confidence in their work. I believe that a successful mentor-mentee relationship is based on trust, open communication, and mutual respect. Whether you're just starting out in UX or are a seasoned professional looking to take your skills to the next level, I'm excited to work with you and help you achieve your goals.
In addition to my expertise in UX design, I can also offer valuable advice on stakeholder management, product and engineering collaboration, building a product roadmap, and other everyday challenges that you may face as a designer. I focus on helping mentees grow their UX expertise and providing guidance in areas such as user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from small start-ups to large corporations, and I'm well-versed in various design and research tools such as Axure, Figma and UserZoom.
My goal as a mentor is to help you become a well-rounded and successful UX designer. I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with you and help you achieve your goals.
