Hi there! I’m Lily—a former Apple engineering manager turned coach with a passion for helping women and underrepresented minorities thrive in tech. Originally from Bangkok, I moved overseas at 16 to start a new chapter in life. My journey in tech began as a junior engineer at a startup in San Francisco. Since then, I’ve co-founded two successful businesses—one backed by Y Combinator and another generating over half a million dollars in annual revenue.

Most recently, I was an engineering manager at Apple in Cupertino, leading the Keyboard UI team for iOS-based software. Along the way, I learned just how tough it can be for women and minorities in tech, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others break barriers and step into their power.
