With over five years of experience as a Chief of Staff for People Teams, she has demonstrated the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and develop scalable processes that enable companies to grow efficiently and cost-effectively.
In her current role as Senior Director of Business Operations at Patreon, Lindsey manages internal communications and crises, ERG communities, infrastructure, and engagement across several different employee resource groups, and major product launches for Patreon's go to market launches.
