About
I am a serial problem solver with experience in designing products in the HRMS, Fintech, Healthcare, Music. As a designer, I bring together user's needs and business goals to create holistic solutions. I have mentored 30+ mentees to help them in portfolio, Job findings, UX research and UX design.
In more recent times, my focus has been on building for Betterplace by simplifying the use of technology, building products that solve the genuine needs of Indian Blue collar users and have long-term impact on improving their lives.
What happens when you start
You tell Lovish your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Lovish reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
