I have been studying with Lucille since January this year. I came to her classes after completing a 6-month UX design course. Since then, with her help, I have completed my first project and started the second. During this time, I have learned a lot, became more confident and competent in the field of UX design. Lucy has been a present, consistent and warm mentor. We set out goals, ways of working and boundaries from the start. This has been incredibly helpful to not have unrealistic expectations on either side. As I look for my next opportunity, she has been flexible to provide support when the needs arise but I also take responsibility for requesting this support with enough time in advance. I am really pleased with how the mentorship is going and look forward to keep learning from her.
