Today I lead Platform Engineering at SmithRx, and previously served as a Senior Director of Engineering responsible for scaling organizations, building engineering leaders, and improving execution across multiple teams.
Throughout my career, I've hired engineers and managers, conducted hundreds of interviews, built high-performing teams, led organizational changes, and helped engineers grow into senior, staff, and management roles.
