I've designed digital products across industries for 16 years. Today I'm a Senior Product Designer at Hive, designing AI automation from 0 to 1 for a global event marketing platform. Before that, I was a Senior Product Designer at Microsoft, working on AI-powered experiences for Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Copilot and Teams).
I work at the intersection of UX, AI, and systems thinking. I look end-to-end: user research, product strategy, interaction design, and how AI behaves in real-world conditions. Beyond big-company work, I build and ship my own AI products, and I wrote Intelligent Interfaces, a book on designing AI products.
