Hi, I’m Marija - a strategist, entrepreneur, and innovation leader with experience across global companies and startups.

I’ve built my career working at some of Europe’s leading organizations - including BMW, Siemens, Audi, and Commerzbank, one of Germany’s largest banks - where I led strategic innovation, AI-driven transformation, and product management initiatives. These roles gave me a deep understanding of how large organizations operate, scale, and adapt to change - insights I now use to help founders build structure and strategy into their startups.

Beyond the corporate world, I’ve co-founded two successful startups that were recognized with multiple awards for innovation and impact. This hands-on entrepreneurial experience taught me what truly matters when building something from scratch - from validating an idea to scaling a brand, securing partnerships, and winning customers.
