Hey, I'm Mario. I've been designing products and services for about 25 years, mostly in places where the stakes are real and getting it wrong has consequences: banking, healthcare, government. I've worked across Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Brussels, and right now I'm CXO at Aleph Labs.
Most of my career has been in regulated, complex environments; the kind where you can't just move fast and break things. I've taken products from zero to launch, grown a teams from 5 to 28, curated design thinking and HCD methodologies for 5,800 employees, and learned (sometimes the hard way) what it takes to make good design survive contact with compliance, politics, and real users. I still work hands-on. That matters to me.
