About
Hi 👋!
I'm Martina, a senior data scientist with a hands-on background in NLP, geo-data, and applied machine learning. I’ve worked across startups and large companies, building real-world systems, from fraud detection to route optimization to LLM analytics.
I mentor people who want to break into data science. Whether you're switching careers, coming from academia, or just getting started, I can help you focus on what matters: building skills, landing interviews, and working on projects that show real value. No fluff, just practical advice and honest feedback.
What mentees say
5 out of 5 stars
Martina helped me to explore different roles in industry in relation to AI which is every evolving at the moment. We had a mix of texting and meetings. Although the topics were sometimes more deep and advance, I felt that after a longer while without video chat, we very fully aligned in our conversation. Martina is not shy to be hands-on, if needed, and gave me helpful advises all the way along.
