About
Hi, I'm Matt! I'm a software engineer with over 10 years of experience in early-stage startups. I've spent most of my career joining startups at the seed stage and helping them grow through funding rounds and acquisitions. I specialize in Ruby and JavaScript/TypeScript stacks, and I have extensive experience with Kubernetes and AWS on the ops side. I've also worked as an Engineering Manager, where I've had the opportunity to hire and mentor up-and-coming engineers.
What happens when you start
You tell Matt your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Matt reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
