I'm a product and team leader with 20 years of experience creating innovative education and marketplace products and building high-performing cross-functional teams.
I run Waypoint Innovation, a specialized consultancy empowering organizations to navigate their next growth phase through strategic guidance and practical support.
Previously, I founded and led the Adobe Education Exchange, Adobe's first online marketplace for learning and teaching Adobe applications, and grew the community to over 1 million members, generating 150k new Adobe software users per year. I also built the first education product team at Adobe and helped develop and grow the team to expand to other products serving Adobe’s education customers.
I was also the Sr. Director of Product at Skillshare, where I led product management and strategy overseeing the growth, member experience, mobile, and teacher experience products, and managing a team of product managers. Leveraging my domain expertise in learning, community, and creativity, I led a cross-functional team to deliver features that enhanced the user experience and drove business goals.
I studied Geology at the College of William and Mary and hold an Ed.M. in Education Technology from Harvard University.
