Alongside my corporate career, coaching has been a constant part of my professional life.

More than a decade ago, I trained as a Co-Active Coach with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the world's most respected coaching schools. I later continued my development with Art of Existence, deepening my work in transformational coaching, systems thinking, Gestalt, Jungian psychology, and leadership development.

These experiences have shaped how I coach today. My coaching combines the perspective of an executive leader with the depth of professional coaching.
