Hello everyone! This is Mert. I'm an ex-Googler, where I worked in an analytical position.
I am a data scientist/NLP engineer at a high paced startup in Germany, building NLP products for the best experiences of users. It's quite fun and rewarding!
In the past, I had a non-technical analytical background that I successfully transitioned to a technical role that I have right now. I received a BSc. in Economics and a MSc. in Data Science. During my master's years, I worked at Siemens Germany as a data scientist and NLP engineer. With Siemens, I also completed my Master's thesis on 'Topic Modelling and Summarization in NLP'.
