About my experience
I help global businesses connect design with customer value, growth, and retention. I build empowered, motivated design teams. I’ve led product design in organisations of all shapes and sizes; from startups, scale ups to Inc. 5000 companies. Currently leading design at Picsart, the world's largest creative platform with over 150M monthly active users. Previously, I shipped impactful software products to market for exciting companies including Curio, Holiday Swap, King.com, wagamama and more. I have also worked with some of the most influential leaders in the industry (including ex-Twitter, Microsoft, Skyscanner, Monzo).
I'm passionate about helping others on all things product, UX, design advocacy, leadership and career growth.
