Hello There 🙋♀️ I am a Design Lead at an AI Construction Tech Startup. I was the first designer hired to develop the core product and have since then helped build the product and design teams from the ground up. I enjoy simplifying complexity, solving meaningful problems, and helping people do things better.
Before my career in tech, I was a Project Engineer in the aerospace & defence industry and worked on components that went into SpaceX’s spacecrafts. Although I no longer work in manufacturing, little has changed since switching industries:
- I find a lot of joy in working with people and leading others
- I enjoy holistic thinking and connecting dots
- I feel most empowered when my work is contributing to a greater good (cliche but true!)
