MJ is a really good mentor. She went through my resume and pointed out painful points to readdress. We did multiple mock interviews and I got the feeling of a real interview making me feel nervous; which is the entire point. She is more direct with feedback and wouldn't soften the blow, I feel this is one of the best traits about MJ, she is direct and makes it easy for me to be able to know where I need to improve. I feel more confident now with approaching interviews and coding exercises. I highly recommend MJ if you want to get a feeling of real world behavioural and technical interviews. She is awesome!
