We had a one-off session with Muntaser to rewrite my resume. He asked thoughtful questions to better present my experience based on the positions I'm applying for, took detailed notes throughout our session, later rewriting my resume line by line. He also offered advice on how to better organize and layout my resume. He knows how to articulate work experiences to bring out the best in a candidate. As I am starting to look for jobs again, I wanted to make sure my resume was in the best state it could be, so I reached out to Muntaser for a review and am very glad that I did. Over the course of the call, I was kept on my toes answering insightful questions into my experience, discovering that I actually had much more information in my head than I had thought to include in the initial draft of my resume. Muntaser was excellent at distilling those experiences down into impactful bullet points, while explaining the process so I could update the rest of the resume. I particularly appreciated his insight into what hiring managers look for, giving me a much better idea of how to evaluate my own resume. Overall, I would highly recommend taking some time to work with Muntaser; I feel like my resume is in a much better place and that I learned a ton from the experience.
