About

I’m a software leader and CTO who started out building Android apps for fun, and grew that curiosity into a career spanning multiple industries, teams, and countries. I still love coding but over time I found my biggest impact came from helping teams work better, choosing the right processes, building strong engineering culture, and developing people into confident, high performing contributors.

Across my career I’ve worked as a developer, Scrum Master, team lead, hiring manager, and department lead. That range has shaped my mentoring style: practical, outcome-driven, and tailored to your context, not generic “best practices”. I’m especially strong at helping engineers and leaders untangle messy situations, find the real constraint, and create a plan that’s realistic and sustainable.

I’ve coached people through role transitions, performance and confidence dips, stakeholder pressure, delivery challenges, and the “now I’m responsible for more than just my code” phase that comes with seniority. I care a lot about helping people build both capability and clarity, not just shipping more work, but understanding how to operate effectively as your scope grows.

I’m a great mentor for you if you want to:
- grow from developer → senior → lead/manager
- improve communication, influence, and leadership confidence
- navigate ambiguity, pressure, and competing priorities
- level up delivery: planning, execution, process, and team alignment
- strengthen hiring skills (interviews, evaluation, onboarding)
- prepare for interviews, career moves, or a new leadership role

In sessions we’ll focus on what you’re facing right now, identify what’s most important, and turn it into clear next steps you can execute immediately. Depending on your goals, that might look like decision frameworks, structured preparation, role-play for difficult conversations, or simply having a trusted sounding board while you build momentum.

If that sounds useful, send me a short message with your role, your goal, and what’s currently getting in the way and we’ll take it from there.
