Hey! I'm Neha and I've been working in UX for over 11 years. Coming from a varied background of consulting, design and research I have collaborated with teams to craft, execute, and deliver user-centred visions. I empower individuals to build confidence and elevate their UX and design research skillset.
As a designer and previous researcher I have frequently mentored other designers and cross-functional team members to support them in building a holistic skill set relating to UX. I also work with senior stakeholders to support strategic user-centred thinking and enabling them to use user-centred thinking to achieve their goals.
