Alongside this, I now focus on leadership coaching and mentoring, helping people think clearly under pressure, make sound decisions, and step into their role with confidence.
My style is practical and reflective. I help you make better decisions by slowing down your thinking, clarifying trade-offs, and acting with intent, especially when the “right answer” isn’t obvious.
