Hi there, I'm Nikesh, a Career Coach & Service/Product Designer.

I have worked in the Digital Tech Industry for the last 8 years. Currently at the London Stock Exchange, I am exploring how we embed generative AI solutions across their existing products and services. I manage the entire innovation design lifecycle from discovery, research and ideation through to prioritisation, implementation and evaluation - delivering measurable improvements in user experience and business outcomes. I have previous consulting experience from IBM, where I spent 4 years working with a variety of clients. I strive to fall in love with the right problem, bridge the gap between people and technology whilst utilising user-centric design principles to create meaningful and desirable experiences.

Some recent accomplishments:
- I've qualified, designed and the prototyped 15 Gen AI solutions, of which 8 have moved into production at Fidelity International.
- I worked with a global Electrification function to re-design the mobile app charging experience globally for electric vehicles. This app is now rated 4.5 on the app store, has 11,000 ratings and is used by millions of users globally.
- I led the design and definition of a complex suite of digital Salesforce products across a 18 month span for a Oil and Gas client, resulting in the NPS scores increasing from -88 to +77. These products now manage ~$25BN+ of Procurement spend annually.
