I started my career as an R&D software engineer at Ericsson. I also served as an Innovation Coach, helping peers turn their ideas into real initiatives.

I then co-founded and ran dolphinOS (a tech studio focused on custom software and hardware engineering) for 10 years. I also trained university students and hired many of them, and they went on to top companies like Amazon, Huawei and Property Finder.

I was the primary subject matter expert at Springboard (a Silicon Valley online learning platform offering job-guaranteed tech programs). I rebuilt their software engineering courses, raising completion rates from 31% to 85% and student satisfaction from 69% to 90%.

I was the subject matter expert at UPC BarcelonaTech (one of Europe’s top technical universities). I created an online self-paced course for an EU-funded hybrid master’s program in AI and cybersecurity.
