About
Hello, I'm Palermo. I’m an engineering manager at Yelp. Before that, I was an applied scientist at Yelp working on ad auction systems, and I led a team building machine learning models for retail banking at Scotiabank. Along the way, I’ve grown teams and helped engineers develop in their roles.
I work with engineers who are aiming for a senior or staff promotion, considering a move into management, or thinking through their next career step. A few examples of how mentorship with me might look like:
