I am the Founder & CEO of AI and MetaWeb Technologies Limited, an early-stage company focused on building practical, future-ready solutions in AI and emerging digital technologies.
With over 20 years of experience in the digital and technology industry, I have led and delivered complex initiatives across the UK, USA, India, and Singapore. My career spans leadership and hands-on roles across technology delivery, cloud, agile transformation, program management, quality, audit, and governance, working across domains including Banking, Securities, Insurance, Energy, Education, and Content Management.
I bring a holistic, systems-thinking approach, aligning technology with business outcomes while building strong teams, scalable processes, and high-performance cultures.
As a woman in tech, entrepreneurship has always been a long-term goal. Founding my own company marks a meaningful shift in my career - driven by curiosity, purpose, and a desire to create impact through innovation.
